us to reserve the Toy Soldier SET(S) that you want to buy. We
will notify you of the SET(S) availability, by email

include your email address)
or mail. The
invoice we send to you will give you an estimated delivery time,
along with shipping and pricing
information. We will "hold" the SETS for up to 2 weeks.

of Toy Soldiers from various European
- editors and it takes time
to produce, paint and ship them to the US.

- Sets marked "
 " are on the shelves and ready to
ship. These items will be shipped US Priority Mail within 1-3 business days, when paid with money
orders. While checks take
at least 7 business days to clear, before we can ship orders.

- SPECIAL ORDER Sets take 8 to 14 weeks for delivery,
please keep in mind that many European editors only produce their
Zinnfiguren/Flats once an order has been placed. Unpainted sets
closer to 4 to 8 weeks. New Painted sets take 8 to 14 weeks.

- US orders- Add $5.00 for INSTOCK items only
OR add $10.00 for SPECIAL ORDER items shipped within the continental
US. Full Rounds add $5.00 per box. Orders will be shipped by
US Priority Mail. If you would prefer another shipper, then please
let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- IN STOCK and SPECIAL ORDER
Sets, we will ship the IN STOCK
- sets first and then after
the SPECIAL ORDER sets arrive, we will inspect them and ship
them.

- International orders are charged the actual shipping
cost and will be sent Air Parcel Post, insured and declared for
their full value (buyer is responsible for any and all fees).
Please contact us for International shipping costs. If you would
prefer another shipper or know of a better way, please let us
know.

- If you are unhappy with you
order, then contact us and let us know.
- For prepainted and unpainted
figures purchased from us, we will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund, less
shipping cost.
- For custom painted figures provided
by you, we will accept returns within 15 days for a full refund
of the painting service fees, less 20% restocking fee and shipping
cost. We will replace your castings with same or similar figures
available to us.
