the miniature figures and we paint them. We do however sell unpainted
and painted German
Style Toy Soldiers (Zinnfiguren / Tin Flats) and will be happy to custom paint
them for you.

- Prepare your figures:
- We will remove flashing and even do basic figure assembling. Let us
know if you have complex figure kit ( additional charges apply .)

- "Double Box" your figures- Pack them in the smallest
possible box, within a second larger box for safe and secure
shipping.

- US orders- Add $10.00 for shipping to orders
within the continental US. Orders will be shipped by US Priority
Mail. If you would prefer another shipper, then please let us
know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- International orders are charged the actual shipping
cost and will be sent Air Parcel Post, insured and declared for
their full value (buyer is responsible for any and all fees).
Please contact us for International shipping costs. If you would
prefer another shipper or know of a better way, please let us
know.

- The Painting Service takes 8 to 14 weeks for delivery. Please keep
in mind that each piece is custom painted according to your requests,
it takes time to do it right. No factory assembly lines or mass
production, only miniature works of art.

- We accept Personal Checks,
Money Orders and American Express Travelers Checks in US currency.
You may also pay online with your Credit Card by using the secure
PAYPAL.COM payment system. (We can now accept International
Credit Card payments with PAYPAL.COM - See HOMEPAGE)

- *New customers, please pay full amount in advance. Returning
customers may pay 1/2 in advance with final payment requested
prior to delivery of painted figures.

- We will contact you when we receive
the figures from you. Then we will contact you when the figures
are finished and on their way home to you. (If a final payment
is due, then we will notify you and then ship as soon as the
full payment is made.)

Pricing |
- All prices are subject
to change without notice, due to the international exchange rates.
Although, pricing will not
go up once an order has been placed. From time to time we offer
discounts for our figures and services, the total discount(s)
on the PAINTING SERVICE fees may be no more than 5% and
the total discount(s) for unpainted or prepainted figures
may be no more than 10%.

- If you are unhappy with you
order, then contact us and let us know.
- For prepainted and unpainted
figures purchased from us, we will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund, less
shipping cost.
- For custom painted figures provided
by you, we will accept returns within 7 days for a full refund
of the painting service fees, less 20% restocking fee and shipping
cost. We will replace your unpainted castings with same or similar
figures available to us and/or pay for figures (our choice) .
